University of Dub's aim is to promote roots reggae music through sound-systems and live music.
I n I mission is to publish the utterances of H.I.M Emperor Haile Selassie I, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, conquering lion of Judah, to a global audience.
The monthly sessions at the University of Dub, feature three different heavy weight sound-systems playing roots reggae music and special dub plates. Some of the featured sounds include Aba Shanti-I, Channel One, Iration Steppas, Jah Tubbys, Jah Youth, Entebbe and King Shiloh. All have their own unique style with singers and players of instruments.
The vibration in the dance is a togetherness of all nations enjoying high quality roots reggae music. Rasta food is available and merchandise is on sale. Come along and feel Rasta vibes!
